Customer Reviews Write your own online review. Great for learning to solve problems December 16, 2006 Reviewer: from New York USA A well constructed book with lots of interesting stories and anacdotes. This book is a real eye opener which essentially shows you how different leaders solve problems and deal (or not as the case may be) with ambiguity. As I was reading it I could see everything that is wrong in my own company in terms of leadership thinking. I will certainly see ambiguity differently now. Recommended.
