Top leadership building ideas of all time April 27, 2009 Reviewer: Debbie Edwards from United States A friend just lent me her copy of The Fire Fly Effect. She loved it! I've just begun, but can hardly put it down. Really displays great insight --full of powerful ideas and easy to follow techniques. The metaphor that Ms. Douglas uses, such as the one about the Earth's tectonic shifting plates- friction leads to earthquakes or they can converge into beautiful mountains---just like 2 team players' opposite viewpoints. I KNOW I will be insisting that my whole team gets their hands on this book!! It is definitely a must have.
