About the Author David Riveness is the founder and CEO of Corporate Jester, a company created to assist individuals and organizations learn and develop strategies for success. As part of this role, he delivers personalized keynotes, learning sessions and coaching for companies, organizations, and individuals. Prior to founding Corporate Jester, David served as the Director of Global Facilitations for Eagle’s Flight, a worldwide innovator in the development and delivery of practical training programs for organizations. While at Eagle’s Flight, he facilitated and implemented hundreds of training programs with such industry leaders as Warner Bros., NIKE, ESPN, Pfizer, The American Heart Association and Citibank on a variety of topics relating to organizational and individual effectiveness. Prior to joining Eagle’s Flight, Dave developed strong facilitation, teaching and speaking skills in the higher education arena working and teaching at a number of colleges and universities throughout the United States. Most of that time was spent concentrating on areas of organizational dynamics, leadership study and human development theory. David has successfully hosted dynamic training workshops and speaking engagements ranging in scale from more intimate classroom-style engagements to large-scale, more formal venues with over 3,500 attendees. Dave's experiences have been global in scope, facilitating and speaking across the world including such diverse locations as India, China and Brazil. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
