They must learn the relatively "new tricks" of collaboration and innovation. Through creative collaboration, these leaders position their companies to be more adaptive and more profitable, continually reinventing themselves to address new markets and capitalize on new technologies. Reviews When it comes to writing about leadership, there's no one better than Bennis. I consider him one of my gurus. —Ken Blanchard
