About the Author

Gregg Thompson is the President of Bluepoint Leadership Development, Inc. He has extensive experience as a business leader, operations manager, executive coach, trainer and management consultant. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Susanne Biro is the Director of Coaching at Bluepoint Leadership Development. She coaches executives and business leaders throughout North America, the United Kingdom, Asia and the Middle East. Susanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Arts Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University.
