About the Author

Dr. Mary Burner Lippitt is founder and president of Enterprise Management, Ltd. An "award-winning" consultant, researcher, and speaker, she has helped more than 500 leaders implement change, develop executives, refocus teams, and improve leadership. An active member of ASTD and ODN, she has "taught" leadership and organization courses at Georgetown University and The George Washington University.
